I also incorporate Gottman-informed approaches to support healthier communication and more fulfilling relationship dynamics. Before becoming a therapist, I spent over fifteen years as an educator, supporting children, teens, and families. Those experiences shaped my belief in the power of connection, compassion, and meeting people where they are, and inform my therapeutic approach today — one that is compassionate, relational, culturally responsive, and tailored to each person’s unique needs.
